I remember Burhard when starting a delivery group in France, he was our Quality check point. It was hard at the beginning to reach the level of excellence he wanted my team to be. It was not a wish, it was a command 😊. Always fair in his comment, unfortunately for us,  he was always right.He helped  us to make a big step in professionalism, quality of our delivery.He crossed my professional life and his value is here in the way I work and in my heart.
